Job summary

Silverspace Inc. in Hartford, CT seeks a Corporate Transactional Attorney – Mid-Level Associate to join its Business Services practice.

You will handle corporate and commercial transactional matters, draft and negotiate agreements, and support M&A and financing transactions in a collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates have a JD from an accredited school, at least 3 years of corporate/transactional experience, and CT Bar admission or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or transactional law.
• Strong background in commercial and corporate legal matters.
• Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions preferred.
• Private fund experience is a plus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, advocacy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent judgment and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong commitment to exceptional client service.
• Connecticut Bar admission in good standing or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
