• We are seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney with at least three years of experience to join our team at our downtown Hartford office.
• Candidates should have a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, with progressively increasing responsibility in transactional matters.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contract drafting and negotiation, or financing transactions is preferred.
• Experience working with private funds is an added advantage.

• Excellent judgment and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse internal stakeholders.
