gpac LLC, a well-established law firm, seeks a Corporate/Commercial Transactional Attorney with at least three years of relevant experience to support a growing transactional practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated clients across industries on complex matters.

The attorney will draft, negotiate, and shepherd agreements through due diligence and closing. The position provides opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative environment and a strong client-facing practice.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and/or commercial transactional matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate / Commercial Transactional Attorney with at least three years of relevant experience to support a growing transactional practice. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including asset and stock purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and other general commercial contracts
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, restructuring, and day-to-day corporate matters
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and closing activities
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely, responsive counsel

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
