Partial remote work will be considered. Qualified candidates will have background in commercial/corporate law, with emphasis on transactional work, and experience with M&A, contracts or financing transactions.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in commercial/corporate transactional law.
• Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions.
• Connecticut Bar admission in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Join our corporate transactional team in Hartford and advise on commercial transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents and agreements.
• Develop strong relationships with internal clients and provide practical legal guidance.
• Support private fund and financing transaction work as needed.

Reid and Riege, P.C., a mid-sized Connecticut law firm with a business services practice, seeks a corporate transactional attorney with at least3 yearsof experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Partial remote work will be considered.

Qualified candidates will have a background and increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work. Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions is preferred. Private fund experience is a plus.
