MG+M The Law Firm in Boston, MA is seeking two transactional associate attorneys to join our Transactional Practice Group. We are hiring for mid-level (2+ years) and senior-level (7+ years) candidates to handle a variety of commercial and corporate matters.

Candidates will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, lead due diligence, and advise on regulatory compliance while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
• Experience in transactional law and corporate governance is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Assist with corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Perform due diligence and prepare related documentation.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and clients to ensure timely completion of transactions.

MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) is seeking to add two Transactional Associate Attorneys to our Transactional Practice Group in the Boston, MA office. We are considering candidates at both the mid-level (2+ years) and senior-level (7+ years) handling transactional matters.

MG+M is a nationally renowned litigation law firm concentrating on complex civil matters with an emerging focus on transactional matters. We approach client service as a unified team, integrating our efforts with those of our clients to advance their interests wherever they do business. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

For Attorneys with 2+ Years of Experience

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Assist with corporate transactions such as entity formation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on transactional matters and regulatory issues.
• Support due diligence efforts and prepare related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
• Maintain organized records and manage timelines for multiple ongoing transactions.
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

For Attorneys with 7+ Years of Experience

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
• Manage and oversee corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and restructurings.
• Advise clients on transactional structures, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee due diligence processes and supervise junior attorneys.
• Manage multiple high-level transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Stay informed on evolving legal and regulatory developments and apply insights to client matters

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in transactional law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with M&A transactions and corporate governance, preferred.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
