Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and transactional documents.
• Lead corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Oversee due diligence and supervise junior attorneys.
• Provide regulatory guidance and risk assessment for transactional matters.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance and efficient deal execution.
• Maintain organized transaction records and timelines.
