Job description

We are partnered with a prominent New England based law firm, who are seeking to strengthen its Corporate practice by adding a mid-level Corporate Associate in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity to work on lean deal teams providing strong exposure to a broad range of sophisticated transactional matters, with clear and structured career progression.

Key Requirements:

• J.D. and admission in good standing in MA
• 4–8 years of corporate transactional experience, with a strong focus on mergers & acquisitions
• Demonstrated experience handling both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Experience across a variety of corporate matters, including private equity, venture financings, joint ventures, and capital markets
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including experience with key transaction documents (e.g., asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, operating agreements, disclosure schedules)
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions with attention to detail and efficiency
• Excellent writing, research, communication, and client service skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:
