BCG Attorney Search in Irvine is seeking a Legal Technology and AI Attorney focused on transactional work. You will collaborate with deal teams to design and optimize AI-enabled workflows for drafting, due diligence, and deal management.

The role requires a J.D. and 3–5 years in transactional practice, with hands-on experience in AI-enabled drafting and workflow automation. A fast-paced environment and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and U.S. bar admission.
• 3–5 years in a transactional practice group (M&A or finance).
• Experience with transactional workflows: contract drafting and management.
• Interest in legal technology and AI applications in transactional practice.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompt engineering concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with transactional groups to improve deal workflows using AI and legal tech.
• Design and implement technology-enabled workflows for drafting and transaction management.
• Evaluate new AI and legal tech solutions for transactional practice.
• Develop prompts for generative AI systems to support workflows.
• Configure AI platforms to meet attorney needs and ensure high-quality work.
• Collaborate on standardized approaches for AI-assisted drafting and review.
• Work with IT and KM to integrate transactional tools effectively.
• Provide training on the use of legal tech and AI tools.
