The role blends curriculum design, assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead training council activities, mentor associates, integrate legal technology and AI tools into curricula, and track progress against performance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience with strong subject matter expertise.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or professional development preferred.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and leadership to develop and implement training strategies for practice groups.
• Design and execute training programs tailored to business unit needs.
• Lead training council meetings and coordinate ongoing initiatives.
• Assess training needs and create targeted development programs with internal stakeholders.
• Track associate training progress and align development with performance benchmarks.
• Integrate legal technology, including AI tools, into training curricula.
• Maintain and update training materials on internal learning platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify firmwide training opportunities.
• Conduct regular evaluations of training programs and refine them as needed.
