Steel Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Texas Division Supervisor for Transactions to supervise invoicing, scrap payables, and truck direct processing, while supporting internal and external customers. You will contribute to the Texas Division management team and support the Division Manager and Controller.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to identify efficiencies across production and accounting systems, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to trace transactions through production and accounting systems and identify errors.
• Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities and supervision experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Customer service and team-oriented approach to completing tasks and supporting internal and external customers.
• Must be a team player who is dedicated to the organization.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transactions personnel related to invoicing, scrap payables, and truck direct processing.
• Monitor and assist with retail activities.
• Ability to help prepare reports and evaluate results.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of daily transaction activities.
• Manage customer relationships and requests.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.
• All other duties as required.
