Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory or lead experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs or more as required.
• Ability to operate in all weather conditions and maintain safety standards.
• Understanding of safety regulations and environmental practices.
