Job summary

OmniSource is seeking a qualified professional to supervise the Texas Division Transactions team, supporting internal and external customers and contributing to division management. The role supports the Division Manager and Division Controller while ensuring accurate daily transactions.

The position requires strong leadership, detailed-oriented reporting, and collaboration across departments to optimize efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to trace transactions through production and accounting systems and identify errors.
• Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities and supervision experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Customer service and team-oriented approach to completing tasks and supporting internal and external customers.
• Must be a team player who is dedicated to the organization.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transactions personnel related to invoicing, scrap payables, and truck direct processing.
• Monitor and assist with retail activities.
• Prepare reports and evaluate results.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of daily transaction activities.
• Manage customer relationships and requests.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.
• All other duties as required.
