Responsibilities

• Provide support for Treasury and Trade services, Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, FX, etc.
• Open and amend Letters of Credit (L/Cs), process payments and resolve customer issues.
• Support trade capture management and reconciliation, identify operational risk and forecast settlements.
• Perform pre-settlement tasks, analyses and report preparation; resolve escalated issues.
• Interpret data and use data tools to identify process improvements or new products/services.
• Monitor errors to minimize risk and ensure adherence to audit policies and controls.
