Job summary

Citi in Getzville, New York is seeking an entry-level Cash & Trade Processing Associate Analyst II to support the Transaction Services team. The role focuses on enabling end-to-end handling of cash management transactions, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvements.

You will assist in operational processes, document and investigate issues, and provide back-up coverage across shifts.

• Responsible for monitoring data entry work streams to ensure timely completion to meet client SLAs.
• Able to allocate resources into different systemic workflows where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operational processes and process improvements.
• Ensure transactions or processes are executed correctly and compliant with internal policies and controls.
• Assist in investigation, documentation and corrective action of transaction services issues.
• Aid with transition, alignment, and stabilization of critical operations functions.
• Cross-train for various internal roles and provide back-up coverage as needed.
• Support control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services projects.
• Perform tasks within procedures and controls to minimize losses.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citi's policies.
