Qualifications

• Proven track record in operations with process improvements.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Experience in an international, team-based environment is a plus.
• Strong MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills; VBA/SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational processes and drive process improvements.
• Ensure transactions are executed correctly and compliant with policies.
• Investigate, document, and correct transaction service issues.
• Lead transition, alignment, and stabilization of critical operations.
• Cross-train for internal roles and provide back-up coverage.
• Support risk, daily activities, and transaction services projects.
