You will receive and process payrolls, perform enrollments, correct plan rejects, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory guidelines while collaborating with Plan Sponsors, CSMs, and management in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to work with data and reports.
• Experience supporting payroll/benefits processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming Non-Qualified Contribution payrolls.
• Process manual enrollments and miscellaneous requests.
• Correct incoming files for plan rejects and ensure accuracy.
• Follow procedures, audits, and regulatory guidelines; support Plan Sponsors and CSMs.
