Newmark is seeking a Transaction Manager to lead end‑to‑end lease acquisition efforts under the GSA GLS Max contract. You will drive market analysis, RLP development, pricing, and negotiations, coordinating with government agencies, lessors, and internal teams across multiple U.S.

locations. The role requires five years of commercial real estate experience, including government real estate, and a broker license or state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must possess real estate broker licensure, or meet state/local licensure requirements for the assigned zone.
• Minimum of five years of commercial real estate experience, including government real estate experience within the past ten years.
• Strong knowledge of GSA lease acquisition processes, market surveys, and related procurement policies.
• Ability to analyze offers, pricing, TI costs, and market data to support leasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for lease acquisition actions from initiation through award and post‑award transition.
• Lead or support market analysis, RLP preparation, pricing, and negotiation.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain lease documentation and project records.
• Coordinate with GSA officials, agencies, counsel, lessors, brokers, and post‑award staff to resolve issues.
• Track schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of Task Orders.
