Job summary

Newmark is seeking a Transaction Manager for GLS Max to lead end-to-end lease acquisition actions under the GSA GLS Max contract. You will coordinate market analysis, RLP prep, pricing, and post-award activities to ensure compliant, timely leasing outcomes for government agencies.

Ideal candidates have five years of commercial real estate experience, including government work, and possess broker licensure. Some remote/hybrid flexibility may apply depending on client requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Broker licensure by state/local jurisdiction required or compliant.
• Minimum five years of commercial real estate experience, including government real estate work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for lease acquisition actions and manage from initiation to post-award transition.
• Conduct market analysis, solicitations, and acquisition strategy development to meet customer requirements.
• Lead or support negotiations on rental rates, terms, and tenant improvements with lessors.
• Prepare and organize lease documentation and ensure compliance with GSA procedures.
