Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of investment management, financial services, or operational experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring colleagues.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and downstream impact of reconciliation issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily oversight of Transaction Management workflows, including reconciliation, corporate actions, and portfolio accounting.
• Oversee outsourced reconciliation model, service delivery, escalation, and performance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Shape future operating model and drive process improvements, automation, and scalability.
