Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Transaction Coordinator located in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring compliance with legal requirements, publishing listings in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), maintaining communication with clients and agents, collaborating with the marketing team to onboard listings, agent support, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
