Build effective working relationships with clients and intermediaries and act as a reliable day-to-day contact for allocated matters, with senior support available where required.
Maintain accurate and timely time recording, monitor work in progress and portfolio KPIs, and take responsibility for meeting applicable service levels and performance measures.
Prepare and issue client billing in accordance with agreed timetables and fee arrangements, identifying out-of-scope work and referring fee or collection concerns to senior colleagues.
Delegate or coordinate appropriate routine tasks with junior colleagues where required, giving clear instructions and following up on completion while retaining accountability for the client deliverable.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across administration, accounting, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance and other CSC offices to support seamless service delivery.
Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, data-quality initiatives and the effective use of CSC systems and technology.
Take ownership of your learning and professional development, building technical knowledge through practical experience, coaching, internal resources and relevant professional study.
