Job summary

Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Transaction Advisory Supervisor to lead financial due diligence engagements across diverse industries. You will work directly with clients, deliver Quality of Earnings analyses, and provide meaningful insights during buy-side and sell-side transactions.

The role requires 3–5+ years in public accounting with 2+ years in transaction advisory, a solid GAAP background, and experience supervising staff. CPA preferred; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in public accounting with 2+ years in transaction advisory or due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred or progress toward CPA.
• Experience leading workstreams and supervising staff on due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients.
• Draft Quality of Earnings deliverables and perform EBITDA adjustments.
• Review workpapers and manage client communications and timelines.
• Assist in data import and data room organization for due diligence.
