Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience including 2+ years in transaction advisory or financial due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Perform Quality of Earnings analyses and related reports.
• Coordinate engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Assist in importation and formatting of large data sets and data room management.
• Interact with private equity firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and business owners.
