Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience, including transaction advisory or financial due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification preferred.
• Experience leading workstreams or supervising staff on due diligence engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Review and consolidate QOE analyses and reports.
• Coordinate engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Assist in data import, data room management, and team mentoring.
