Job summary

BPMcpa is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to lead engagements, supervise staff, and guide QoE data book preparation. You will collaborate with senior leadership to optimize client outcomes, analyze cash flow drivers, and support deal valuations.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years in public accounting or consulting, CPA/CVA credentials, and a proven ability to manage direct client relationships in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• CPA or CVA certification.
• 4-5 years of public accounting or consulting experience from a national professional services firm.
• Transaction advisory or related accounting experience.
• Experience with direct client management.
• A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Capability of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment independently or within a team.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage engagements with little supervision, ensuring high client satisfaction and appropriate firm economics.
• Lead the initial QoE Data Book preparation by leveraging the available international and domestic coworkers.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.
• Assess market trends that may impact project cash flow requirements and deal valuations.
• Develop, mentor and inspire staff.
• Interest in developing client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries.
• Thrive in a dynamic fast paced work environment.
• Provide ideas and feedback based on your experience to improve the practice and our deliverables.
• Work directly with Managing Director and Partner.
