Job summary

You will lead analyses of target financials, identify valuation drivers, and contribute to post-transaction considerations while collaborating with leadership to deliver high-quality insights for acquisitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in M&A or financial due diligence.
• Experience in a large professional services firm; energy sector experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple work streams in due diligence engagements.
• Coordinate financial due diligence activities with client and management teams.
• Present findings and provide actionable insights on earnings and cash flow.
• Support forecasts and business performance discussions with senior management.
• Prepare reports outlining key financial and business issues.
• Identify post-transaction integration considerations.
• Collaborate with team to share best M&A practices.
• Analyze target financials and industry trends to inform valuations.
