Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Director of Transaction Advisory Services in Denver to lead client engagement teams, drive delivery excellence, and develop the TAS practice. The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and cross-selling of BDO services within national TAS strategy.

The TAS Director will manage multiple engagements, foster client relationships, and contribute to business development while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables across the TAS practice.

Qualifications

• Eight years of financial statement related professional services experience required.
• Five or more years in a dedicated TAS environment with national/multi-national buy/sell transactions preferred.
• CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads client engagement teams and ensures timely delivery of quality services.
• Review due diligence reports and present findings to clients evaluating M&A decisions.
• Develops business opportunities and cross-sells other BDO services.
• Mentors staff in due diligence, decision making, report writing, and project management.
• Partners with management to identify and promote TAS services to clients.
