Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a TAS Director to lead multiple client engagement teams, drive delivery of financial due diligence, and support the national TAS strategy. You will manage business development, risk, and cross-selling of services while nurturing client relationships and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role requires extensive TAS experience, exceptional leadership, and strong communication skills, with travel as needed and a focus on driving firm-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial statement related professional services experience
• 5+ years in a dedicated TAS environment with complex transactions
• Experience with national and multinational buy/sell side engagements
• Carve-out experience preferred
• Experience interacting with C-suite personnel preferred
• Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm background preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads client engagement teams and ensures timely, quality delivery
• Analyzes deal related issues and provides insights on earnings adjustments and working capital
• Leads buy-side and sell-side TAS engagements
• Sets standards for quality and consistency across engagements
• Coaches and mentors staff in due diligence and project management
• Reviews due diligence reports for client presentations
• Identifies and resolves client issues and expands services
