Transaction Advisory and Valuation Manager

This full-time role involves conducting buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, leading valuation engagements, and managing client relationships. While we prefer candidates with at least 3 years of project management experience, we welcome applications from individuals who demonstrate entrepreneurial traits such as passion, self-starting attitude, excellent communication skills, flexibility, vision, and confidence.

Expectations for consideration
  • Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients.
  • Assess the quality of earnings, key risk areas, cash flows, potential liabilities, and working capital of the subject company.
  • Communicate findings and present to the client executive team.
  • Conduct valuation engagements following AICPA and IRS guidelines for various purposes, including tax, litigation, M&A, and financial reporting.
  • Build valuation models using accepted Income, Market, and Asset approaches.
  • Collaborate with clients and advisors to understand their business and industry, applying this knowledge to valuation projects.
  • Present valuation conclusions and key drivers to clients and their advisors.
  • Assist business owners in developing exit and succession plans.
  • Plan and execute risk management projects to serve client needs.
  • Coordinate with team members throughout engagement phases, including deliverables, communication, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Business, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional project management experience.
  • Transaction Advisory or Valuation experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of professional standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary range commensurate with experience.
