Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in Seattle. You will perform due diligence and transaction advisory work for a diverse client base, including private equity and corporate clients.

You will engage with partners and clients, gather data, review documents, and analyze financials to support buy-side and sell-side processes. This role emphasizes rigorous analysis and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication; experience presenting analyses to management.
• Ability to work in a team with all levels of client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports prep.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
