Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in Los Angeles is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services team to support due diligence and financial analysis for complex engagements.

You will work with Partners, gather data, prepare earnings quality reports, and perform financial analyses to assist buy/sell and corporate transactions, collaborating with clients and senior staff throughout the process.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• Professional designations or candidacy (CPA) and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
