Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking a General Manager to lead daily park operations and guest experiences in Pueblo, CO. You will coach a large team, manage budgets, and drive safety, cleanliness, and service excellence to meet business goals.

Reporting to the GM, you will oversee staffing, training, and adherence to brand standards while executing sales plans and maintaining community relationships. This on-site role requires flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a team in entertainment or F&B environments.
• Food safety or alcohol certification required.
• Strong leadership with organization and time management.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, develop, retain and promote talent.

Responsabilités

• Assist and report to the General Manager; uphold operational standards.
• Coach and develop a large, diverse team through clear written and verbal communication.
• Oversee park operations, inventory and reporting responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive guest experience using the SMILES philosophy and respond to guest inquiries.
• Execute sales and marketing plans in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the park.
• Ensure safety, incident reporting and compliance with policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the park and attractions.
