Key duties involve adhering to schedules, assisting with luggage, performing pre-trip vehicle inspections, and communicating with hotel staff about guest needs and schedule changes.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIESSafe and timely transportation: Drive guests to and from designated locations, such as airports, train stations, and local attractions, while following all traffic laws and safety regulations.Customer service: Greet guests warmly, assist with loading and unloading luggage, and provide a friendly and helpful experience during the ride.Vehicle maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections to check for fuel, oil, tire pressure, and overall cleanliness. Keep the vehicle clean both inside and out.Scheduling and communication: Maintain a consistent schedule for pickups and drop-offs, and communicate effectively with hotel front desk staff regarding guest needs and any necessary schedule adjustments.Guest assistance: Respond to guest inquiries about the hotel or local area, and handle any minor issues or complaints promptly and professionally.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESThe ability to safely and professionally operate a shuttle van or passenger bus in various weather and traffic conditions.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
