Job summary

Keolis America, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to support daily transit operations. The role requires strong communication, a clean driving history, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug and DOT screenings. Flexible scheduling may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent people skills, reliable work history, and comfort working with individuals with disabilities while maintaining ADA guidelines and safety standards on all routes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1 Year Current and Verifiable Valid Drivers License (CDL not required)
• Must have clean driving history - DMV driving history print out required for the past 10-years
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
• Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers feel welcome
• Effectively communicate with passengers especially in the event of service disruptions
• Provide passengers with assistance as needed
• Accommodate passengers with information such as schedule, guidance, etc.
• Safety: Ensure safe on-road operations while maintaining on-time performance
• Familiarity with assigned routing and detours
• Awareness of ADA Policies and Procedures
• Understanding of ADA Compliance
• Report immediately to dispatch any vehicular accident or passenger incident and follow the incident and accident reporting procedures

Knowledge/Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must have a stable work history
• High degree of comfort working with people with disabilities.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical

• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays
