Job summary

Experis is seeking a TrakSYS Support Engineer for our client in Richmond, Virginia. The role focuses on supporting TrakSYS MES applications, monitoring performance, and ensuring uptime across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on TrakSYS experience, strong SQL Server skills, and familiarity with IIS and Windows Server. This is a full‑time position with W2 pay and growth opportunities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with TrakSYS MES (version 12 is a plus).
• Proficiency with SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for TrakSYS MES applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure continuous uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, supporting end users effectively.
• Coordinate fixes with development, ERP, WMS, infrastructure, network teams, and vendors.
• Maintain support documentation, change logs, and knowledge base articles.
