Responsibilities

• Manage shared mailboxes, responding to emails from community-based provider agencies and vetting/approving substitute training requests.
• Support training requirement processes by assigning tracks and external trainings.
• Assist information sessions with leadership at provider agencies about training requirements and questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Participate in training requirement planning, implementation, and process improvement meetings.
• Prepare regular reports on training completion and other requested reports.
• Identify gaps, analyze systemwide trends, and propose improvements to Strategy, Planning and Oversight.
• Collaborate with Learning Management System Team to ensure report accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to Training and Workforce Development leadership.
• Attend internal and external community meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and facilitate as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
