Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration BU is seeking a Systems Engineer – Level 2 to support the Warfighter Training team as a Training System Integrator. The role focuses on operating and maintaining GFC/C systems for daily sustainment training at the MDIOC in Colorado Springs.

You will interface with government personnel, develop configuration solutions, and assist with new hardware and software installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 2+ years experience, or Master’s Degree in STEM with 0-2 years experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance required (interim clearance to start possible).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the GFC/C Training System for daily sustainment training at MDIOC.
• Interface with MDIOC, internal, external, and Government personnel during training and system modifications.
• Develop and determine system configuration solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Provide support to new hardware and/or software installations for GST systems at MDIOC.
• Verify training configurations and ensure system functionality; maintain documentation and logs.
