Qualifications

• Active DI License is required.

• Minimum of one year of experience in security, training, or compliance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with training software and LMS; able to troubleshoot platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and preparing training materials, including presentations and resources.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions and communicate logistics to participants.
• Track training progress, attendance, and completion; maintain records and reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to training platforms, software, and equipment; provide support during sessions.
• Facilitate training sessions and ensure effective delivery of content.
• Provide administrative support to the training team and maintain documentation.
