Job summary

Exelon is seeking an experienced professional to direct and optimize Electric Ops Training and OJT programs, prioritizing safety, reliability and efficiency. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise Crew Leaders, Demos and Apprentices/Helpers, and implement company policies.

The role may require extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies. You will direct craft employees' training, foster a high-performance culture, coach and evaluate performance, and ensure open communication.

• Ability to coach, train, and evaluate employee performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees' training and OJT activities to ensure safety, reliability, and performance goals.

• Ensure effective upward communication; maintain relations with other departments; manage union relations and budgets; oversee large-scale training projects.
