Job summary

The Training Supervisor at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics leads the site’s training program, coordinating new-hire orientation, on-the-job, MHE certification, and ongoing development. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehousing/logistics, 1 year in training, and proven leadership, with strong Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational environment.
• 1 year minimum in training, onboarding, or operational development.
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising preferred.
• Experience with warehouse processes, safety requirements, and SOPs.
• Experience training on MHE preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and multiple shifts.
• Able to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the site’s new-hire orientation and training programs.
• Develop and maintain a structured site training plan aligned to business needs.
• Schedule training for new hires, transfers, promotions, and refresher sessions.
• Ensure job-specific training before employees perform duties.
• Oversee on-the-job training and consistency across shifts.
• Coach trainers and ensure accurate training documentation.
• Coordinate MHE training, certification, and recertification.
• Maintain training matrices, records, and compliance status.
• Identify training needs through observation and performance data.
• Support leadership development and onboarding activities.
