Job summary

We are looking for a new Training Supervisor to join our growing NV Fulfillment Team and Fulfillment Center network . This individual will report into our Assistant General Manager and is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing employee training programs across the fulfillment center. This role identifies skill gaps, develops engaging curricula, participates in new hire orientation and onboarding, and reinforces workplace safety standards to maximize productivity and promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Location: 196,000 sq. ft. in Reno, NV at 9460 N. Virginia St., Suite C, Reno, NV 89506

Schedule: This role oversees an operation that runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT . While this position generally follows a schedule, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams.

Salary: $66,400 – $83,000 per year
