Training Supervisor - Bakery

A leading North American Baking Company is seeking a Training Supervisor to join the Swedesboro team ASAP. This is a permanent, full-time onsite position offering a salary of $70k-$80k annually plus benefits.

Shift Options:

1. 6am - 2:30pm
2. 9:30pm - 6am

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, delivering, assessing, and maintaining effective bakery training programs and tools.
• Ensuring high-quality and effective associate training experiences.
• Developing new or improved bakery training solutions in coordination with the Regional L&D Manager.
• Overseeing Training Coordinators.
• Sourcing and recommending local, external training resources.
• Tracking training outcomes, analyzing trends, and providing reports to bakery leaders.
• Developing bakery managers' capabilities to coach and reinforce training skills.
• Enhancing bakery trainers' capabilities to execute training programs effectively.
