Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of health insurance experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong technology skills (Microsoft products).
  • Proven subject matter expertise.

Imagine360 is seeking a Supervisor, Eligibility to join the team! The Supervisor of Eligibility is responsible providing ongoing support, development and supervision of staff in conjunction with the department Director. Coaches, trains and assist staff with eligibility transactions, assists with department training and supports Director as needed.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Supervisor of Eligibility is responsible providing ongoing support, development and supervision of staff in conjunction with the department Director.
  • Coaches, trains and assist staff with eligibility transactions, assists with department training and supports Director as needed.


Supervisory Duties:

  • Primary point of contact for team questions, issues or assistance needs. Demonstrating knowledge of systems in addition to department operating procedures.
  • Coaching, feedback and development of staff production and quality goals.
    • Including:
      • Monthly one on ones with team members.
      • Monthly supervisor lead team meetings, with specific agenda.
      • Ad hoc coaching or feedback when required
      • Training and development of new hires
      • Review incoming quality audits and coach staff as appropriate. Supervisor team quality and collaborate with internal quality assurance team.
      • Handle escalated or sensitive requests that are beyond the scope of the Eligibility Administrators.
      • Manage team payroll (isolved), PTO and attendance.
      • Work in conjunction with Eligibility Director to administer and track progressive disciplinary actions as related to performance, attendance or conduct when appropriate and as necessary.


      Additional Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Excels in multi-tasking to manage, delegate, and/or respond to eligibility requests.
      • Examine enrollment forms and interpret plan document to determine eligibility
      • Update adds, changes, and terminations of employees on system
      • Post payments to accounts by bill group
      • Provide accounting with breakdown on billing to distribute revenues received
      • Provide PBM with adds, changes, and terminations
      • Receive and check PBM cards and mail with cover letter to group
    • Run mandatory reporting as assigned.
    • Participate in implementation, fact sheet, and other meetings as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Perform all tasks in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
    • Complete HIPPA training

    Required Experience/Education:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • 3-5 years of health insurance experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Skills and Abilities:

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong technology skills (Microsoft products)
    • Superior, established problem-solving skills. Ability to implement solutions with little supervision in a fast paced, environment and provide supervision and mentorship to their team
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resonate with others to impact positive outcomes.
    • Team player able to collaborate with other departments.
    • Proven subject matter expertise.
