Universal Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Supervisor to lead training efforts within our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to ensure all employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and safety awareness needed to perform their duties effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse logistics, employee development, and training compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for all warehouse roles (e.g., shipping/receiving, forklift operation, order picking, inventory control).
• Monitor, evaluate, and document employee progress throughout the training period.
• Provide refresher training and cross-training to support workforce flexibility and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and schedule relevant training.
• Ensure training materials are current and aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA and company-specific guidelines.
• Maintain accurate training records and certifications in accordance with internal audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a training or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems, safety standards, and logistics processes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
