Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Training Store Manager to oversee retail operations, drive sales, and manage staff across Front Range Colorado locations including Aurora, Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Louisville. Travel for training and relocation flexibility are required.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, cash reconciliation, pricing, merchandising, and promoting store promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail store management experience.
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit targets as per budget.
• Prepare work schedules and supervise sales staff, inventories, and cash reconciliation.
• Oversee pricing policy implementation for profitability and store operations.
• Merchandise store effectively and maintain cleanliness and brand image; execute promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
