Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Colorado to oversee inbound/outbound warehousing, shipping, and related planning. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations while coordinating with production, sales, and purchasing teams.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or technical school or 3-5 years related experience required.
• Experience budgeting and controlling warehouse expenses.
• Experience leading safety programs and inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inbound and outbound warehousing and shipping procedures.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with production, sales, records control, IS and Purchasing.
• Plan and execute bi-weekly safety inspections and plant protection activities.
• Lead or participate in quarterly process improvements (BPI).
• Manage annual budget and track weekly expenses.
• Perform scheduling to balance dock capacity and workflow.
• Recruiting and hiring as needed, and ensure compliance with laws.
