Job summary

You will conduct standard work audits, maintain training records, and lead or participate in continuous improvement activities. Training duties include plant, safety, and quality meetings, with collaboration across production teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, leads and employees.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodology.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires in general training related to MI and Product Knowledge as well as Continuous Improvement tools.
• Train plant new hires on MI product, processes, quality and safe product handling using the Job Instruction (JI) method.
• Train existing employees on job specific processes and procedures.
• Demonstrates procedures being taught and provide one-on-one & group training.
• Conduct Standard Work audits and provide corrective feedback; update Standard Work documents and maintain records.
