Job summary

Thai Summit America is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist to design, deliver, and document training for all production roles, ensuring safety and quality across the facility.

You will maintain training records in the HRIS/LMS, partner with Production and Quality, and support new product launches and process updates. The role emphasizes hands-on instruction, competency evaluation, and continuous workforce readiness in Howell, Michigan.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and HRIS/LMS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, hands-on training for manufacturing positions.
• Maintain accurate employee training records in HRIS/LMS.
• Update training materials for new products, equipment changes, and process updates.
• Evaluate competency prior to independent job assignment and provide coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Safety, and Maintenance to ensure training reflects current processes.
