The role supports hands-on training, onboarding, presentation delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating training activities, deliver engaging sessions, and help maintain training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, training, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience creating presentations and training materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training for production employees.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and ensure understanding of processes and quality requirements.
• Support onboarding for new employees and orientations.
• Prepare and deliver training presentations for staff at all levels.
• Develop and maintain training materials and visuals.
• Help create new training models and learning programs.
• Evaluate employee competency through observations and demonstrations.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and databases.
