Job summary

Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a Training Technician II to lead the development and implementation of the State Operated system’s training program for Central/West. You will jointly design, coordinate and deliver trainings and orientations for CW employees and volunteers across multiple sites, while ensuring CPR/First Aid and PABC training standards are met.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of full-time training or teaching experience.
  • Experience planning, developing or implementing employee training programs.
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in education may substitute up to two years of the required experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and provide trainings and orientations for CW staff and volunteers.
  • Assess training needs with the Director and Training Coordinator and collaborate with regional teams.
  • Provide CPR/First Aid training and assist with computer systems training in state-operated homes.
